This can include your name, business contact details, site address, electricity usage, bills, half-hourly data, contract dates and information about equipment such as solar panels, batteries, EV chargers or heat pumps.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, review initial suitability, estimate potential savings, coordinate an assessment and progress a solution you have asked us to explore.
Who information may be shared with
Where needed to assess or progress your enquiry, Phoenix Energy Partners may share relevant information with Procurement Assisted Solutions Ltd (PAS) and Q Energy. Q Energy may use it for technical assessment, solution design, tariff analysis, installation planning and ongoing energy management. We only share information relevant to the enquiry.
Website form delivery
Website assessment enquiries are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, so the information entered can be delivered to the Phoenix Energy Partners mailbox. Please do not include special-category personal data or unrelated confidential information in the form.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what information we hold, request a correction, object to or restrict certain uses, or ask for deletion where the law permits. You can also withdraw consent where consent is the basis used. We will not add you to unrelated marketing communications simply because you use the savings calculator or make an assessment enquiry.
